QXKJ提供Ø1/2英寸和Ø1英寸硒化锌楔形(ZnSe) 窗口片。这种楔形光学元件消除了干涉条纹图样,并且有助于避免腔反馈。窗口片用于保护激光输出不受环境的影响,适用于光束采样应用。这些硒化锌窗口片具有未镀膜(600 nm - 16 µm)或双面镀有宽带增透膜的版本可选。-D增透膜指定在1.65 - 3.0 µm的范围内,每个表面的平均反射率小于1.0%,而-E3增透膜指定在7 - 12 µm的范围内,每个表面的平均反射率小于1.0%。
由于硒化锌(ZnSe)具有宽传输带且在可见光的红光范围内具有低吸收度,它通常用在将CO2激光器(工作波长为10.6 µm)和便宜的HeNe准直激光器一起使用的光学系统中。硒化锌在600 nm 到16 µm波长范围上是透明的,是红外应用的理想选择。它通常还用在热成像系统中。与锗和硅不同,ZnSe还可以传输一些可见光, 因此还适用于可视光学准直。ZnSe在10.6 µm波长处的折射率为2.4。
硒化锌操作和安全注意事项
操作光学元件时必须戴手套。尤其是操作硒化锌时必须如此,因为它是一种有害材料。为了安全考虑,请遵守所有的防范措施,包括操作这些窗口片时都要佩戴手套,并且操作完后彻底洗手。尽管硒化锌比硅和锗具有更宽的透射范围,但是它很容易被划伤,需要合成生产。
